ABOUT TERRI BOVEN

Terri Boven joined JBELC in 2022 with extensive experience in real estate, title work, and public service. Her background includes licensure in both Michigan and Florida for residential real estate, more than 20 years in the local title insurance and closing industry, the Grand Traverse County Register of Deeds, and operating her own mobile notary and closing business for eight years.

Outside the office, she enjoys time with her husband of 42 years, their dogs, her son, and young granddaughter. Her hobbies include growing orchids and caring for her freshwater fish and shrimp.
